IPO Price Band and Listing Date
Bansal Wire Industries Limited (WEB) has announced that its initial public offering (IPO) will list on both the BSE and NSE on July 10, 2024. The price band for the IPO has been set at Rs 243 to Rs 256 per share.
IPO Details
The WEB Bansal Wire IPO comprises an offer of 28.62 lakh equity shares, which includes an offer for sale of up to 7.26 lakh equity shares by the company's promoters and shareholders. The offer will open for subscription on July 8, 2024, and close on July 10, 2024.
The IPO is expected to raise Rs 745 crore, which will be used for capacity expansion, working capital requirements, and general corporate purposes.
JM Financial, IIFL Securities, Axis Capital, and ICICI Securities are the book-running lead managers for the IPO.
